Responsibilities
- Achieve full understanding of the Data Entry methodology across eTail subproducts and ensure accuracy of analyzed data.
- Support direct manager with production and data quality tasks around processes related to client delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise on the eTail platforms.
- Identify and report any bugs or issues encountered in the platforms to the development team for resolution and improvement.
- Compile and share feedback on data entry processes to the direct manager, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to test new features implemented in eTail product, providing feedback on their performance and usability.
- Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Business Management.
Experience
Proven work experience in Quality Assurance in a plus
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
