Provide accurate coded data for analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-responsibilities\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor social media platforms to find points of interest to the client through the latest tools and technology provided by CARMA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categorize items (sentiment\/topics analysis) according to client requirements, following the briefing document and the understanding of the client requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate and\/or summarize social media posts to English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create accurate and informative reports, Real-time\/Daily Alerts, and coded data sheets, as per the client requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create attractive and informative charts and tables, imported from the analyzed content data, as per the clients\u2019 requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filter and code social media data to extract valuable insights and trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search and focus on buzz alerts, based on spikes in interests or rising issues, and directly report to client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct research on influencers to add to the database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with <strong>CARMA<\/strong> policies and procedures and support <strong>CARMA<\/strong> mission and vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-skills-amp-qualifications\">Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge in MS Office, and especially Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of English and Arabic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BA in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One year of experience as a Social Media Monitoring Executive or Researcher is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly send your CV to <a href=\"mailto:careers@carma.com\">careers@carma.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"content-type":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"job_type":[],"class_list":["post-24974","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1.1) -
