{"id":24976,"date":"2026-01-14T07:53:26","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T07:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carma.com\/?post_type=job&#038;p=24976"},"modified":"2026-01-26T05:35:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T05:35:18","slug":"senior-graphic-designer-lebanon","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/carma.com\/ar\/job\/senior-graphic-designer-lebanon\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Graphic Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Deliver effective, appealing, on-brand, and on-strategy creative design for social media digital platforms, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email templates, social media graphics, banner ads, in addition to animated visuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-responsibilities\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study design briefs and determine requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conceptualize visuals based on client\u2019s requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts as per the client\u2019s brand guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create compelling&nbsp;data visualizations, transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver high-quality assets within&nbsp;tight deadlines&nbsp;and effectively manage quick-turnaround design requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transform raw client content into effective and aesthetically strong visual materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design social media digital platforms, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, animated visuals, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the Director of Content Insights to enhance weekly content calendar output.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seek approvals from the Director of Content Insights on all designs created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transform client content into effective designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders, thus ensuring designs are consistent across all online communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with <strong>CARMA<\/strong> policies and procedures and support <strong>CARMA<\/strong> mission and vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-skills-amp-qualifications\">Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of software within the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BA in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or any related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably at a digital agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good branding and information architecture experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in designing e-commerce websites or advertising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animation experience is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly send your CV to <a href=\"mailto:careers@carma.com\">careers@carma.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"content-type":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"job_type":[],"class_list":["post-24976","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.1 (Yoast SEO v27.1.1) -
