En este contexto, comprender c\u00f3mo evoluciona la <strong>reputaci\u00f3n de las entidades financieras<\/strong> no solo es clave para anticipar riesgos, sino tambi\u00e9n para identificar oportunidades reales de diferenciaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el siguiente estudio, se analiza transversalmente medios de comunicaci\u00f3n online, contenido de redes sociales y estudio de la audiencia para determinar, bajo los pilares de reputaci\u00f3n de CARMA, como se posicionan cinco bancos espa\u00f1oles.
