This July, we\u2019ve introduced new features to the CARMA Insight Portal, including language preferences, customizable homepages, and enhanced Analytics Overview dashboards. Set your preferred language for the CARMA Insight Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Many of our clients have requested this and we\u2019ve listened! Users will have the option to set a preference for the language they work in on the CARMA Insight Portal, initially with the choice of English (as default) or Arabic, with Portuguese coming soon. This new feature allows for all the labelling and navigation in the portal to be displayed in the chosen language, ensuring it\u2019s easy to understand and navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know lots of you login daily to perform similar tasks, now you can set your preferred CARMA Insight portal homepage and favourite dashboards to find what you need straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is handy when lots of your team have tailored dashboards set up, set your favourite to head straight to what matters to your role instead of searching for it each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Updates to Analytics Overview dashboards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Analytics Overview are customizable dashboards and this latest update adds additional flexibility and improves the user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhanced widget resizing and moving<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Previously it could be challenging to resize charts so we fixed it. As you resize a chart the ones around it line up more smoothly to improve the overall layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upgraded data visualization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A more visually appealing set of charts and graphs to enhance understanding to of the data from your media monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present in full screen direct from the dashboard or display on a big screen as part of a command centre at events or during a crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we rollout new features from the earlier release of our Social Media dashboards, you can now export Analytics Overview dashboards into PowerPoint for report-ready presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potential reach is the sum of all the followers of accounts that have mentioned your keywords. This gives an estimate of how many people the content may have reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
