Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Attend meetings with clients and/or communicate with them through calls, emails, etc.
  • Take requests/enquiry/complaints from clients, on a regular basis, work on completing/resolving them and update the clients accordingly
  • Ensure the needs of the clients are met and that they are satisfied
  • Conduct regular briefings and update the superior on account status on a regular basis
  • Submit weekly status reports and send them to the superiors
  • Maintain updated database about current and potential clients
  • Follow-up on contracts’ status before their expiry, thus ensuring timely renewals
  • Onboard new clients
  • Ensure all clients are properly utilizing the Company portal and services and provide assistance when need be
  • Collaborate with Project Activation, Social Media, Traditional Media, Online Media and Editorial for: Talk Walker access, Activation on Insight, keywords, countries, start date, end date (if any), type of monitoring and industry, etc.
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

 

Job requirements

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field

Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred
