Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sourcing leads and identifying new potential clients
  • Research target companies using online and other resources
  • Obtain client information for email campaigns and direct communication
  • Contact business leads to obtain meetings through email and telephone
  • Meet clients and consult with them on their needs, and position CARMA’s services accordingly (consultative selling)
  • Create proposals and conduct contract negotiation
  • Develop ideas on new product offerings and methods of sale
  • Identify new target markets and opportunities for the company
  • Close the sale as effectively as possible

Reporting and management responsibilities include:

  • Achieve set KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Present accurate and timely activity and forecast reports
  • Use CRM to maintain records of leads, contacts, opportunities, proposals, and revenue


Job requirements

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field

Minimum experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales Experience. Experience in selling media/business intelligence and/or SAAS solutions is a plus

Technical and behavioral competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities):

  • Needs to be well-versed in solution and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
