We are seeking an ambitious marketing executive to join our incredible team.
About the role
Assist with the execution of day-to-day marketing tactics to help in brand awareness and lead generation activities across a range of channels.
The post-holder will be a motivated, process-driven marketer comfortable working in a fast-paced, quick-thinking environment with the skills and know-how to work with a range of stakeholders to deliver projects which raise brand awareness, heighten lead generation, and grow brand loyalty.
You’ll work closely with the Global Marketing Manager and regional marketing managers to assist in the execution of projects globally.
Website maintenance – creation of landing pages, implementation of translations, updating content, incorporating SEO.
Blog – organizing, formatting, and uploading blog content from a range of internal and external authors.
Email marketing – own the process of ideating, creating, and sending monthly newsletters to a range of markets & audiences, as well as a range of other email sends, including automated campaigns.
Events – proactively update the marketing calendar to include relevant events, participate in the organisation and promotion of events and sponsored activity, creation of supporting collateral.
Data – research, cleanse and upload data to HubSpot CRM.
Video – shoot and subtitle ‘vox pop’ style video content, liaise with external agencies to edit footage.
Graphics – Working with external agencies to organise the production of designed assets as per a brief, use software to edit existing collateral/assets.
Research and Administration – general departmental admin which could include procurement/purchasing, data entry, research, competitor intelligence etc.

Very good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft office products
Experience of CRM systems (HubSpot preferable)
Experience of CMS systems (WordPress preferable)
Adobe capabilities advantageous
Webinar software knowledge (Zoom Webinars)
