Job Purpose

Assist the Global Head of Product to develop and launch industry-leading media intelligence products and services, that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications teams across the world.


  • Support the Global Head of Product to manage the needs and expectations of a diverse stakeholder group, to ensure the CARMA product portfolio performs as expected by providing day-to-day support for all stakeholders
  • Work alongside the Global Head of Product and IT development teams to ensure product roadmaps remain on track
  • Support the Global Head of Product to ensure that product developments are developed in alignment with agreed development requirements
  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager to provide training and assistance across the product portfolio, across the global CARMA stakeholder group
  • Serve as the voice of the user inside the business, along with the Global Head of Product, and be focused on delivering an exemplary user experience.
  • Assist in maintaining a continuous program of minor performance improvements across all CARMA digital products.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external software development teams to communicate and deliver on requirements
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

Job requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration, Management, IT or any related field

Minimum experience:

  • At least 4 years in Product management.
  • Experience working with SAAS platforms, big data and/or social media data is desirable.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Jira etc.

Technical and behavioral competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities):

  • Proficient working knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
