- Handle all tasks related to third party providers, including but not limited to media list checks, activation/update/cancellation of orders
- Assist in managing international accounts for partners/clients of the MENA region.
- Address day-to-day issues and queries related to current subscriptions for various sources
- Maintain an up-to-date master subscriptions document, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
BA in Business Administration, Communication, or any relevant field
1-2 years of experience in content administration, content management, or related fields.
Experience in working with international clients/accounts specifically the MENA region
