Content Support Executive-Beirut


Respond promptly and effectively to all media content issues that come across the CARMA


· Use diagnostic tools developed by CARMA to investigate all issues reported and make the

required changes accordingly

· Make necessary changes of content profiles to fix any reported issues

· Inform the relevant departments that the reported issues have been resolved

· Record the number of content issues raised daily

· Profile and add new content sources that are required for the CARMA source list

· Maintain high standards of efficiency and precision within the Content Support Department

· Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager


BA in Business Administration, Communication, or any relevant field


Knowledge in numeracy [under attention to detail]

Knowledge and interests in news media and current affairs

Experience in working with international clients/accounts specifically the MENA regio
