Monitoring Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Responsible for data validation, cleansing, collection, and coding.
· Need to implement listening queries in social media collection tools to monitor the specific online conversation in target relevant sites.
· Project setup; researching organizations, markets, and brands; preparing and conducting searches.
· Maintain familiarity with social media tools.
· Contribute key data to support client objectives outlined in internal brief sheets.
· Meet internal and external project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
· Perform other work as required to meet business needs.
· Measure the effectiveness of client social media campaigns.
· Monitor trends in social media and emerging trends/best practices and provide effective recommendations.
· Research conversations across social media platforms.

Qualifications

‘- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in the same position.
– Digital Marketing experience is preferable.
– Fluency in English is a must
– Ability to work on Rotational shifts

Working days/ hours: 6 days / 6 hours/day ” Rotational shifts”
