Product Trainer-Malta


  • Client Training: Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and informative training sessions to clients, both in person and through virtual platforms. Train users on our media monitoring software’s features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our media monitoring software and stay up to date with any product updates. Be prepared to answer technical questions and provide insights into how the software can solve clients’ specific needs.
  • Internal Product Advocacy: Champion the benefits and capabilities of our media monitoring software within the company. Act as a bridge between the product development team and the sales and customer support teams to share insights, user feedback, and best practices. Encourage internal stakeholders to understand and promote the software’s value.
  • Adoption Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and resources that support the adoption of our media monitoring software. This could include creating case studies, success stories, and other collateral to showcase how clients have benefited from the software.
  • Customized Training: Tailor training sessions to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them understand how our software can address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Exhibit outstanding presentation and communication skills, making complex technical information accessible and understandable for clients with varying levels of expertise.
  • Documentation: Create and update training materials, including user guides, manuals, and video tutorials, to support clients’ ongoing learning and reference.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and report client feedback on the training sessions and the software itself to assist in improving our product and training programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer support teams to understand client needs and address any issues or concerns effectively.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in conducting software product training, particularly in a client-facing role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of media monitoring software.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle questions and issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in the media monitoring or analytics industry.
