Responsibilities
- Manage complex quantitative and qualitative media analysis projects in order to provide clients with high level reporting on their media performance and brand reputation.
- Analyse and interpret mainstream, social media and market research data sets in order to provide meaningful insights for clients
- Design visually compelling reports via PowerPoint and Tableau
- Brainstorm and strategise ways to evolve and improve report quality and team efficiency
- Manage your portfolio of projects to ensure reports are of an exceptional quality and delivered to deadline
- Support the Commercial Team by advising and contributing best practices in quantitative and qualitative reporting techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Degree in Media, Communications or Public Relations (desirable)
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related industry (essential)
- Exceptional corporate writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional data analysis skills in Excel and/or data visualisation platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one other native language (Chinese/Malay/Tamal)
- Ability to work effectively individually and in a fun team environment
- Passion in news, current affairs and social media trends
