Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious Client Services Coordinator to join our incredible team.

Responsibilities

Operations

  • Work with internal parties to perform quality checks on various projects.
  • Liaise with the Business Development and Client Services teams for accurate project activation.
  • Communicate with internal parties to address issues encountered on the SAAS platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests from both external and internal parties.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet the required standards.

 

Client Servicing

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Support the Client Services team in negotiating and closing renewal business.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may impact clients, in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess account health and uncover new areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Team player, capable of delivering quality work within tight timeframes and with limited resources.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (business days).
