Client Services Manager-Japan

Responsibilities

 

 

You will be responsible for managing our client relationships in Japan and supporting other client service functions regionally. The key success factors are to ensure we renew our commercial relationships with clients on an annual basis and to maximise opportunities to grow accounts with new services. This role reports into the Head of Clients Services.

 

Having completed training, you will fully understand and be able to articulate our product and service offering to clients and to apply this knowledge in supporting their success on an ongoing basis.

 

You will manage the onboarding of new clients and oversee the day-to-day delivery of their services. You will learn about the clients’ organization, proactively support their needs and be responsive and agile to their requests. You must also ensure that services delivered remain in scope and aligned to our commercial guidelines.

  • Strong command of both English and Japanese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of media, PR / marketing industry a plus
  • Previous experience working with motoring companies a plus
  • Management experience a plus

Experience

  • 4 – 10 years of experience in a similar role, managing client relationships
