Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting; supporting stakeholders to provide information, data, analysis, and insights to result in data-driven, profit-increasing decisions.
- Actively partner with the CEO to support financial and capital budgeting/forecasting and other high value analysis.
- Support, create, and deliver enhanced management reports / dashboards that allow business partners to better understand their business and make informed decisions.
- Work closely with the CEO and Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting to provide senior executive management with regular feedback and communication with respect to variations between plan and actuals, including the projected impact to future results
- Communicate regularly with the CEO throughout the reporting cycle, providing timely updates, expert analysis, and responses to inquiries.
- Oversee CARMA West accounting function, including payroll, audit, taxation but with the expectation these are delegated to the Chief Accountant for CARMA West.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in the fields of accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience
10+ years of experience in a financial-related field with progressive experience within a complex, global, multi-entity organization, preferably in commercial finance and professional services.
