Global Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

· Assist in the assembly and submission of RFP documents, ensuring adherence to specified guidelines and deadlines.

· Gather input from different stakeholders to complete RFP pre-qualification questionnaires.

· Help generate statements based on RFP requirements.

– Assist in the registration process on various client and prospect supplier/vendor portals.

· Support the management of the company profile on vendor portals, ensuring all information and documents are up to date.

· Assist with the subscription renewals for vendor portals as needed.

· Administration of contracts through DocuSign and manual processes.

· Maintaining client references and testimonials for business development and marketing use.

· Ensure biographies and resumes are up to date for commercial use.

· Regularly update legal and financial documents as directed.

Qualifications

Education

BA in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience

Experience

1 to 2 years in Sales/Customer Service is required
