Traditional Media Monitoring Director-Beirut

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the print, online and broadcast departments at CARMA.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Lead and coordinate with the department managers by providing direction, mentorship and support.
  • Identify and integrate advanced technology solutions to streamline the media monitoring process.
  • Stay updated with the latest media monitoring tools and trends.
  • Implement automation where possible to improve content quality.
  • Establish and monitor teams’ performance to ensure department’s objectives are met.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports sent out to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality media monitoring output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external media partners and vendors.
  • Report to direct manager on a weekly basis on departments progress and achievements.
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.

Qualifications

BA in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, PR or any related field. 

Experience

5 to 7 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably from a media background.
