Traditional Media Monitoring Director-Beirut


  • Plan, direct and oversee the Media Monitoring operations 
  • Provide technical training for new and existing employees 
  • Provide technical support to Client Success Department on Media products and services, as well as new clients and projects, including but not limited to: activating new accounts and projects in terms of deliverables, deadlines, complaints, problems and any additional client requirements 
  • Dispatch client orders to the Media Monitoring teams 
  • Coordinate with Finance on profitability and hours’ allocation 
  • Collaborate, on a regular basis, with client Service, Business Development, to always meet client requirements, and with the Executive Reports, Analysis and Coding for combined reports 
  • Issue the following weekly reports: new clients, clients who stopped their services, new PR (press-release), missing reports for the clients’ errors that took place, and send them to the Director of Traditional Media for the MENA region 
  • Manage the Media Monitoring team in terms of recruitment, training, employee relations, in coordination with the HR Department and Traditional Media Director-MENA 
  • Stay up to date with latest media best practices and technologies 
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision 
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager


BA in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, PR or any related field. 


5 to 7 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably from a media background.
