Responsibilities
- Understand client business, their requirements and needs, to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Manage and oversee multiple deliverables and services simultaneously, thus ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell company services to the existing clients based on their requirements
- Ensure that all clients derive maximum value from their investment and utilize all their products, through continuous client contact
- Manage the onboarding and activations for the clients
- Manage client accounts, contracts process, ensuring full adherence to company contracts
- Consult, educate and support clients autonomously
- Manage portal training & development for the clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
- Project-manage deliverables by liaising with CARMA teams across various regional offices
- Ensure the flow of continuous progress reports to CARMA management and clients
- Maintain high clients’ satisfaction ratings that meet company standards and ensure excellent client retention rates in cooperation with manager
- Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
Qualifications
BA in Business Administration or any relevant field
Experience
3 to 4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager/Client service role
Previous Media Intelligence/PR agency experience a plus
