Client Services Executive – Japan

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Senior Client Services Manager in Japan.
  • Support day-to-day account operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating to managers when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support business transactions.
  • Learn CARMA’s products and services to gradually contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Expected start date (Tentative): Jan 5, 2026.

Qualifications

  • Required qualifications/certifications: Has working experience
  • Years of experience required: 3 years minimum
  • Key technical or functional skills: PC skills
  • Soft skills/personality traits preferred: Team player/extrovert/accountability-based
  • Languages required: English & Japanese
  • Preferred industry background (if any): PR, Marketing, Advertising

Benefits

  • Expected salary range/budget: 340,000 JPY per month
