Business Development Manager

Improve and grow the business, expand the clientele by creating and applying an effective sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, thus acquiring new customers.
  • Source leads and identify potential clients.
  • Research target companies using online and other resources.
  • Contact business leads to secure meetings through email and telephone.
  • Meet clients, consult with them on their needs, and position CARMA services accordingly (consultative selling).
  • Create proposals and conduct contract negotiation.
  • Develop ideas on new product offerings and methods of sale.
  • Present accurate and timely activities and forecast reports.
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical 

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of PR & Communication, and their measurement best practices.

Experience 

  • BA in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 3 to 4 years of B2B Sales Experience.
  • Previous Media Intelligence/PR agency or software sales experience is a plus.
  • Sales training certifications are a plus.
