June Product News: Enhanced CARMA Mobile App and CARMA Insight Platform

This month’s updates focus on enhancing the CARMA Mobile App, ensuring you’ve got your media intel on the go, as well as improvements across your CARMA Insight platform.

Social media content and filters added to CARMA Mobile App

Access your social media monitoring content on the go with the CARMA Mobile App. Use the newly added social media filters to find and easily share it from your phone.

Articles Images Available in CARMA App

You can now select multiple main tags, choose tags for comparison, merge tags under a group and include Outlet Tiers Breakdowns, Outlet groups, and Collections as filters.

Online article thumbnail images have been added to the CARMA Mobile App. This update offers a more visually engaging experience by highlighting the article’s multimedia assets and further streamlines the app to better match our Insight portal.

Download the CARMA Mobile app from the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android.

Updated ‘Twitter’ to ‘X’

All Twitter features have been renamed to X (formerly Twitter) across the CARMA Insight platform to reflect the social media giant’s name change.

Engagements added as a data point for exports

Massive social media data pulls just got easier! Our new engagements data point will mean you no longer have to work out social media engagement manually as it’ll be included in your exports.

Enhanced Dark mode exports

Exports in dark mode provide attractive and high-quality exports graphs and charts when exporting to PDF or PNG.
