Sofia is the director of CARMA Morocco. She attended CARMA’s first client in the region in 2013. She particularly enjoys the diversity and challenges of the work she does. Sofia is in charge of managing the company’s business- contributing to the global operations and making strategic decisions on regional plan.
Leading a wonderful team of 19 people and having a supportive company with a collaborative environment and global approach is what gets her up in the morning.
