Product Manager

Responsibilities

Supporting the Global Head of Product, the Product Manager will play a key role in the day to day running of CARMA’s product portfolio. Your aim will be to assist the Global Head of Product to develop and launch industry-leading media intelligence products and services, that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications teams across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Global Head of Product to manage the needs and expectations of a diverse stakeholder group, to ensure the CARMA product portfolio performs as expected by providing day to day support for all stakeholders
  • Working alongside the Global Head of Product and our IT development teams to ensure product roadmaps remain on track
  • Support the Global Head of Product to ensure that product developments are developed in alignment with agreed development requirements
  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager to provide training and assistance across the product portfolio, across the global Carma stakeholder group
  • With the Head of Product, be the voice of the user inside the business and be focussed on delivering an exemplary user experience. Assist in maintaining a continuous programme of minor performance improvements across all Carma digital products.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external software development teams to communicate and deliver on requirements

Current guidelines mean all staff are working from home, as such you will require an appropriate homeworking environment. As guidelines change, you will be required to join our team in either the London, Lisbon or Malta offices at intermittent times.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 4+ years Product management experience
  • Proficient working knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with SAAS platforms, big data and/or social media data is desirable
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Jira etc.
  • Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and execute work autonomously
