Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answer employees’ inquiries and complaints related to HR (e.g. payroll, leaves. NSSF, etc.)
· Create and coordinate internal and external communications to support HR initiatives, including:
providing information to internal and external parties, communicating HR programs and policies,
drafting and distributing memos, compensation, disciplinary and other letters
· Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, calling for interviews,
performing background checks, issuing employment contracts, coordinating with IT (laptop,
email, etc.), required documents from the new joiners, finger punch, etc.
· Assist supervisors in performance management and end of employment processes
· Maintain records and control personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves,
turnover rates, etc.) in both paper, database, HRMS and ensure all employment requirements
are met
· Monitor employees’ attendance, then dispatch to concerned managers on a daily basis by
highlighting late-ins, early-outs, excessive absences, etc.
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars
· Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
· Redirect HR related calls and other company calls and distribute correspondence to the
appropriate team member
· Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to: Making photocopies, scanning and
emailing documents, scheduling meetings, HR and other events
· Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
Qualifications
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Strong knowledge in MS Office
Excellent command of English and Portuguese.
Experience
5 to 7 years of experience is required.
